Photo of Peter GarrettProselytising‘ may have become a dirty word to the Minister, but the English language provides synonyms such as ‘convert’ and once removed, ‘convert’ = ‘evangelise’. The stated ‘mission‘ of the chaplains’ employer in Victoria is to “Equip CRE teachers, chaplains and others to teach and nurture students.”

The readers must judge for themselves (a) whether to “teach and nurture students” constitutes proselytising, and (b) whether the chaplains’ employer is committed to proselytising by another name. The employer, ACCESS ministries (lower case m), is very close to Arrow Leadership and thereby is also close to the Lausanne Movement, which was founded in 1974 by Billy Graham. The state objective is world evangelism   (Click here ...).

In fact proselytising by the religious providers is shamefully legal in Victorian Government schools and for more on it, please click here … – HG

I do agree with all the ideas you have presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are very short for novices. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
